This diagnosis is complemented by an overview of the main variables that will shape the future of the subject matter to be addressed in the project's development.
Selection of strategies, action plan and tools.
What are we going to do? How are we going to do it? Who are we going to do it with?
Based on the results of the diagnosis and the objectives set, the strategy to be followed, the action plan, as well as the methodologies, tools, and specialists to be employed in the intervention phase of the project will be selected in consultation with the institution.
Project execution.
With the help of leading experts and specialists, we execute our assigned activities punctually and efficiently.
This stage involves carrying out all the activities necessary to solve the problem or achieve the objectives outlined in the plan, including research, development, outreach, and training, among others. It includes the implementation and evaluation of all the measures outlined in the action plan.
Results report and transfer of the monitoring model.
What did we do? What did we achieve? What do we need to continue doing to consolidate what we've achieved?
The final report is compiled with the results achieved, the activities carried out, and all project documentation. This model includes ongoing evaluation and feedback throughout all stages, so the action plan and future monitoring are also transferred at this stage.
